Leading Kid – Young Children's Leadership is an elementary school leadership program for grades 4-6. The program will operate in a uniform line with the school student councils in Ashkelon, of which the 'City Leading Kid Council' will be composed. The councils (both school and municipal) will form a leadership base in the areas of occupation of children of these ages and will constitute preparation for the student and youth councils in the upper primary schools.

At 2015, a successful meeting lead to a long lead cooperation between Kid Im Atid Tov (White Rock Rose) and Hapoel Ashkelon Football club together with Ashkelon municipality. Kid Im Atid Tov (white rock rose) saw the need of bridging the gaps of children's motivation to be successful

Today the kindergartens and classrooms in the schools are very heterogeneous, and in every classroom / kindergarten you can find gaps between the children.
Kid Im Atid Tov has decided to help children suffering from social boycott or socioeconomic situation that does not allow them to celebrate a birthday like all children.
In 2021 as a result of the corona plague and the inability of youth to reach schools it was decided to update the Kid Im Atid In health and adapt it to online teaching.
Following the collaboration between Kid and Atid Tov (White Rock Rose) and ORT Adivi School, in the "Eat warm Learn smart" –feeding project. We decided to engage more students in the school from other learning classes, and set up an empowerment project for the students
